Ka’u Red Catuai Peaberry: Soft and sweet, exceptionally smooth in the finish. With tasting notes of toasted coconut and hazelnut with hints of grapefruit and lime.

Kona Red Wine Process: This unique cup boasts a powerful acidity, with tasting notes of grape, toasted coconut, caramel. Fermented through a red wine process, in a solution containing grape juice, wine yeasts, and Oak, essentially making a red wine around the green beans before drying.

Kona Bourbon Washed: A complex finish, this cup tastes of cream, mango and rose, with peach citrus and berries in the aroma. This coffee is processed using an Anaerobic washed process, which intensifies the fruit flavors and gives the coffee a full, silky mouthfeel.
